The Festool scraper is a multi-purpose finishing tool made from solid tungsten carbide and has been specially designed for smoothing the edges. Guidance for trimming is achieved by resting the scraper on the attached cord. It has three integral angles (R1, 1.5 and 2mm) for smoothing curves, rounding thin edging and removing any remaining plastic overhang.
