It is the most compact in the range and ideal if you are limited for space, or if you want a model that is very frugal with electricity. The thermostat now goes up to 165ºF (74ºC) for food safe drying of meat jerky and other meat and fish products and there's now a new on/off switch to compliment the improved polycarbonate casing.
